The chopper, heading to Kalikot from Jumla, forced-landed at Surkhet airport due to bad weather this morning.
On Saturday, the same chopper had forced-landed on the bank of Rapti River at Kachanapur of Banke district due to inclement weather.
The incident occurred as PM Bhattarai was returning from Jumla after spending a night at a village in the remote district as part of his rmonthly schedule to spend a night in a village outside the capital.
