PM Karki invites political parties for election discussion

According to her press coordinator, Ram Rawal, the prime minister has sent letters to the parties inviting them to a meeting to be held at the Prime Minister’s Residence in Baluwatar at 4 PM on October 21.

KATHMANDU, Oct 20: Prime Minister Sushila Karki has invited seven political parties represented in the dissolved House of Representatives (HoR) for a discussion regarding the upcoming House of Representatives (HoR) elections scheduled for March 5.



According to her press coordinator, Ram Rawal, the prime minister has sent letters to the parties inviting them to a meeting to be held at the Prime Minister’s Residence in Baluwatar at 4 PM on October 21.

Each of the seven recognized political parties from the dissolved HoR has been asked to send two senior representatives to the discussion.


The meeting will include representatives from the Nepali Congress, CPN-UML, CPN (Maoist Center), Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, Janamat Party and Nagarik Unmukti Party.
