Saying total change in the state mechanism was cultural revolution, the Prime Minister urged the cultural leaders to continue their roles for the cause of cultural revolution.
Rayan, famous singer and leader of cultural movement, stated that cultural programs were started in the past with an aim to making an access of have-nots in the state mechanism.
On the occasion, singers Rayan, Ramesh, J B Tuhure, Khusi Ram Pakhrin, Jiban Sharma and others sang songs and performed cultural shows.
