The deceased has been identified as Ram Krishna Raut, 60, of Portaha-1. He received bullets in his chest.According to police, they opened fire in self-defense as a group of agitating Madhesi protestors attacked security personnel as latters were clearing the obstruction kept along the road.
The Madhesi protesters had obstructed road after felling down trees along the road.
