“All Nepali entrepreneurs who have demonstrated entrepreneurial potential and created a social impact through innovation, crafting value for the people, planet and profit, can submit their nominations for the awards,” ChangeFusion Nepal said in a press statement. [break]
According to the statement, interested entrepreneurs should submit their applications by September. Entrepreneurs, who received the ward last year, can also apply, but they must demonstrate value addition or changes.
SNASEA is sponsored by Surya Nepal Private Limited and supported by National Business Initiative. It aims to encourage people to become ´job creators´ instead of ´job seekers´ by supporting projects that create positive social/environmental change and are sustainable, innovative, scalable and credible.
“The award will bring hidden heroes out to the public, showcase their ventures and the impact they have made to their communities and award the best ventures,” reads the statement.
Last year, SNASEA had recognized five winners for their achievements and encouraged others to follow their examples.
