Like the previous years, all officers under the Commission shall remain open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm everyday to receive complaints and for monitoring and investigation, said the Commission Secretary Bishal Khanal.
A Rapid Response Team shall also remain stand by at the Commission for monitoring of serious violation of human rights, and the team can be reached through the hotline number 50-10-000, Khanal said.
