KATHMANDU, March 29: The Nepali Congress (NC) is set to make a decision on forming an electoral alliance involving the current ruling coalition for the upcoming local level elections. A proposal in this regard will be tabled today as soon as the members finish expressing their views at the party’s central committee meeting.
