DAMAULI, Jan 20: One person was killed in a tipper accident that occurred this morning on an internal road at Kotre in Shuklagandaki Municipality–1, Damauli.
The deceased has been identified as 42-year-old Ram Bahadur Gurung of Takukot, Barpak Sulikot Rural Municipality–6 in Gorkha.

The gravel-laden tipper bearing registration number Ga 1 Ka 6485, which was heading from Kotre towards Thaprek, went out of control and plunged approximately 50 meters off the road, seriously injuring the driver.
Gurung succumbed to his injuries during treatment at the GP Koirala Respiratory Treatment Centre at 10:56 am, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Shravan Kumar BK.
