KATHMANDU, Oct 6: The 6th 'Made in Pakistan Exhibition' kicked off in Kathmandu on Tuesday. The seven-day exhibition is being organized by the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Pakistan.
Inaugurating the expo at the United World Trade Centre (UWTC), Tripureshwar, former governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Himalaya Shumsher Rana, who is also the chairman of Nepal-Pakistan Friendship and Cultural Association, said that expo showcasing products made in Pakistan would help strengthen age-old relations between Nepal and Pakistan further.

"Nepali customers prefer Pakistani. There is a need to increase import of these products to Nepal," he said. On the occasion, Arshed Saud Khosa, Pakistani ambassador to Nepal, said that Pakistani products are suitable for use in Nepal.
"I am hopeful that the expo would help enhance relationship between Nepal and Pakistan," Khosa said.
Products like utensils made from special stone, clothes, fruits, furniture, cosmetic, and leather jackets, have been put on display in the expo. The expo has altogether 30 stalls.
