The English version was released in New York in February 2012 and was well received by the readers. The book has already been translated into Chinese, Japanese and Taiwanese.[break]
Living Fully was born out of Rinpoche’s recorded talks in the US since 1988. He has lectured in various colleges, churches, temples and synagogues in the US for 24 years.
“This is not a religious book but it prescribes practical things one can apply in real life,” said Rinpoche at a press conference organized on Sunday.

He went on to talk about the idea of relative and absolute happiness and how we have a tendency to mistake one for another. The understanding of absolute and unconditional happiness through meditation is one of the many elements included in his book.
Dahal who translated Rinpoche’s work into Nepali with Yubaraj Ghimire mentioned the contextual translation of the spiritual content and the efforts put in by both of them as to not lose the essence in translation. “The book is very relevant to the Nepali context,” Dahal said.
