KATHMANDU, Feb 13: Bishnu Rijal, deputy chief of CPN-UML Publicity Department, has said that the filing of an impeachment motion against the Chief Justice has pushed the country further toward conflict.
Taking to twitter soon after the impeachment motion was registered against CJ Cholendra SJB Rana, Rijal said, “From this, it has become clear that a conspiracy has been started to take over the court and make decisions favorable to them. He said that relations with the opposition have deteriorated. “The ruling party has started a series of impeachments, the effects of which will be felt immediately,” he further added.
