Himalayan, being invited to bat first, posted 140/7 in the allotted 20 overs with five batsmen scoring in double digits.
Opener Bhupendra Thapa topscored 30 runs off 35 balls and shared highest 48-run partnership with Bhim Sarki (14 runs off 17 balls) for the second wicket. Bhupendra hit four boundaries and Bhim hit one.
Similarly, Amar Singh Rautela, who smashed 21 runs facing only 10 balls, added 29 runs partnership with Dinesh Aagri, the second highest scorer with 24 runs off 19 balls. Amar cracked two sixes and two fours, while Dinesh hit a six and three fours. Arun Airee contributed 15 runs playing 12 balls that included three fours.
Army's Jitendra Mukhiya and Sagar Pun claimed two wickets each, while Avinash Karna and Sharad Vesawkar picked a wicket each.
In reply, Army was bowled out for 100 runs in 17.4 overs as Naresh Budhayer scored highest 23 runs off 26 balls hitting two sixes and two boundaries.
Chandan Saud (17 off 8), Binod Bhandari (14 runs from 11 balls) and Sharad (12 off 9) were other batsmen scoring in double digits. Chandan smashed two sixes and a four, while Sharad hit two boundaries and Binod hit a four.
Lalit Bhandari pocketed highest three wickets, while Abinash Bohara and Bhuwan Karki picked two wickets. Yagyaman Kumal and player-of-the-final Amar Singh Rautela claimed a wicket each for Himalayan.
Champion Himalayan pocketed Rs 101,111 and runner-up Army took home Rs 50,000 along with trophies and medals.
Himalayan's Bhupendra Thapa (158 runs) became best batsman and Bhuwan karki (seven wickets) came best bowler and received Rs 7,500 each, while Army's Sharad Vesawkar (115 runs and 6 wickets) got player-of-the-tournament award and received Rs 10,000.
Anup Shrestha of Tribhuvan University was adjudged emerging player and Amar Airee of Himalayan as best bowler. Both got trophies and certificates.
