The Finance Minister said he would begin necessary talks with other political parties to give final shape to the budget. He also bemoaned that government fund allocated for development works was being used to pay remuneration and subsidize fossil fuel.
“We need to trigger agricultural revolution in the country in order to allocate big chunk of government fund on development works,” he added.
“We will be able to significantly reduce import, if we managed to grow agricultural productivity. We are trying to incorporate programs for this in the upcoming budget.”
