Forging consensus among parties must for new CA polls: Nidhi

SARLAHI, Nov 1: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bimalendra Nidhi on Thursday said that understanding among the parties is essential to unknot the legal hindrance related to new election despite his party’s decision to go for fresh polls.



He also emphasized on the need of forging consensus among the parties for holding new election.[break]



Speaking at a get-together program organized by Nepal Student Union at Lalnbandi here in the district, leader Nidhi balmed the incumbent government for pushing the country into jeopardy.



On Wednesday, the Central Working Committee meeting of the NC  had officially decided to go for fresh Constituent Assembly (CA)-cum-parliamentary election.



Stressing that consensus is must to move ahead, Nidhi added that incumbent government is an obstacle for the consensus. He also accused the government of tarnishing the democratic structure of the country.
