"The CA should be reinstated even for a single day to promulgate the constitution," Deuba said. There was no alternative to reinstating the CA even to go for fresh elections as the Interim Constitution should be amended to this end.
President of Nepal Bar Association Prem Bahadur Khadka, former speaker Taranath Ranabhat and NC leader Prakash Sharan Mahat, among others attended the greeting exchange program.
