HoR election: 1.76 million voters registered in Sudurpaschim province

As per the updated voter list, the province has seen an increase of 423,100 voters across its nine districts, said Chief of the Election Office in Dhangadhi, Prem Raj Bhatta.

KAILALI, Jan 2: A total of one million 716 thousand 660 voters have been registered in Sudurpaschim Province for the upcoming election to the House of Representatives (HoR) scheduled for March 5. 



According to the Province Election Office, the number of voters has increased compared to the 2022 AD elections. As per the updated voter list, the province has seen an increase of 423,100 voters across its nine districts, said Chief of the Election Office in Dhangadhi, Prem Raj Bhatta.

For the election, 1,176 polling stations and 2,199 polling centers have been established throughout the province.


Sudurpaschim Province has 16 electoral constituencies for the HoR elections.
