Gold price reaches record high of Rs 176,800 per tola

The gold, which was traded at Rs 176,200 per tola on Friday, has now reached Rs 176,800 per tola. Compared to Friday, the price increased by Rs 600 per tola on Sunday.

KATHMANDU, March 30: The price of gold has set a new record in the domestic market on Sunday.


According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers' Associations, the gold, which was traded at Rs 176,200 per tola on Friday, has now reached Rs 176,800 per tola. Compared to Friday, the price increased by Rs 600 per tola on Sunday.

This is the highest price recorded so far.


Similarly, the price of silver has also decreased by Rs 15 per tola. While the price of silver was Rs 2,040 per tola on Friday, it has now fallen to Rs 2,025 per tola.
