Chairman Dahal reached Nepali Congress Central Office, Sanepa, this morning, to pay his last tribute to the late Tamang.[break]
The late Tamang´s body has been kept for paying last tribute to him at the NC Party Headquarters, since Saturday.
Talking to the media persons after paying condolences, Dahal said the late Tamang passed away teaching and inspiring the political leaders as the supreme figure of dedication and simplicity.
In the condolence book kept on Tamang´s demise, Chairman Dahal has mentioned that the late Tamang has made unforgettable contribution to Nepal society as a symbol of ideological dedication and simplicity in modern Nepal politics.
Stating that his demise has caused a great loss to transitional Nepal, Chairman Dahal made commitment to learn from his simplicity.
He has also extended condolences to the bereaved family while wishing for eternal peace to the departed soul.
Tamang´s body will be cremated at Swoyambhu this afternoon.
Also reaching Nepali Congress Central Office for paying tribute were DPM and Minister for Foreign Affairs, Narayankaji Shrestha and UCPN-Maoist Spokesman Agni Sapkota.
