Organizing a program in the capital, the company said it has made the shops available on rent with effect from Sunday. “We are providing discount on rents for 2 months to 5 months for office spaces and shops depending on the size of the space,” said Ichhya Raj Tamang, president of Civil Group. Civil Trade Center is an exclusive 10-storied retail business complex located in Sundhara. The business complex spread of six ropanis has 169 shops.
According to the company, customers renting office or shops with areas ranging from 100-300 sq ft will get 2 months rent discount. Similarly, those renting spaces ranging from 301-600 sq ft will get discount on rent for 3 months and those renting from 601-1000 sq ft space will get discount on rent for four months. Likewise, customers booking shops or office space spreading over more than 1,000 sq ft will get discount in rent for five months.
In addition to that, first 50 customers will get discount on rent for 2 months. Similarly, next 50 customers will get rent discount for a month while another 50 customers will get discount on rent for 15 days.
“We are providing 2 months off on rent for international brands and offices,” said Tamang.
The company will be soon organizing lucky draw for Toyota Corolla car under its scheme ´Civil Sunma Sugandha Super Bumper Offer´ which it launched a few months ago.
The business complex will have shops from ground floor to fifth floor. The other floors will have office spaces, game parlors, revolving restaurant, roof top restaurant and two cinema halls, among others.
According to the company, the complex will have world class infrastructures and facilities and will also have a helipad, which is a first of its kind in a shopping complex in Nepal.
The complex is expected to come into operation in a month.
