BHOJPUR, August 10: All educational institutions in Temkemaiyung Rural Municipality in Bhojpur district have been closed following a rise in COVID-19 cases.
The school closure that lasts a week beginning Tuesday took place following detection of the deadly virus in teachers and students, said the rural municipality. The rural municipality recorded the highest of 55 infection cases in a single day.

Until Tuesday, 58 COVID-19 cases were recorded in the district, according to the health office, Bhojpur. Educational institutions will reopen after reviewing the situation of the virus, according to the rural municipality.
