153 students barred from SLC exam

SALYAN, March 27: As many as 153 students in Salyan district are barred from sitting for this year's School Leaving Certificate (SLC) examinations for failing to secure 75 percent of annual school attendance.

The total 7,054 students are said to be appearing for the SLC examinations this year from the district, district education office sources said.


The total 24 examination centres have been designated in the district this year.

The test also considered as 'iron gate' is scheduled for March 31. RSS
