POKHARA, Jan 23: A French paraglider who went missing on Friday was found on Sunday.

Jean David, 42, was found by a team of Armed Police Force (APF) and locals at Jhandikhola of Machapuchre VDC in Kaski district.

David was airlifted to Pokhara Sunday after he was traced.

David said he could not properly navigate the paramotor owing to visibility problem and had to force land, leading to damages to the paramotor. David spent two days without food.

Though he informed organizers of Himalayan Para-Motor Journey 2011 soon after force landing, he could not give them his proper location as he had landed in a dense forest.
