NORWICH, England, Dec 13: Everton striker Romelu Lukaku scored for the sixth straight Premier League game but missed a slew of other chances in a 1-1 draw at Norwich on Saturday.

Wes Hoolahan equalized from close range 63 seconds into the second half to earn Norwich a point from a game Everton should have sewn up in a dominant first 45 minutes at Carrow Road.Lukaku headed in a cross from winger Gerard Deulofeu in the 15th minute for his eighth goal in seven games in all competitions. Leicester striker Jamie Vardy scored in a record 11 successive league games this season and Lukaku is catching him up.

The Belgium striker could easily have scored a first-half hat trick while Leighton Baines struck a shot against the post for Everton, which has drawn its last three games to prevent the team from being among the title challengers.

"There is obviously a real side of frustration when you have so many chances and don't get the second goal," Everton manager Roberto Martinez said.

Norwich also came from behind to draw 1-1 with Arsenal two weeks ago.

"There were a few questions posed to them at half time and they came out and answered them," Norwich manager Alex Neil said. "That's the reaction we were looking for."
