House yet to begin, meeting among top leaders underway

KATHMANDU, Jan 19: Discussion is underway among Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli, Speaker Onsari Gharti, top leaders of major political parties and chief whips of political parties represented in the Legislature-Parliament regarding the working procedure of the parliament and running the House business.

The meeting taking place at the Parliament Building at New Baneshwor would draw a conclusion on how to forward the Constitution (first amendment) Bill.

The House meeting, called for 1:00 pm today with an objective of holding clause-wise discussion over the same bill is yet to begin as of this hour. RSS
