On Sunday at New Bus Park in Kathmandu, APF, the three-time champion, recorded 25-4, 25-5, 25-4 win over Dhading Artists Team in the first match and thrashed Everest Boarding School of Butwal by 25-9, 25-11, 25-15 in another encounter.
Earlier on Saturday, APF beat Bindhyabasini School by 25-3, 25-8, 25-7.
Meanwhile, Everest School recorded 25-9, 26-24, 15-25, 25-16 win over Angel's Heart School, Western Region defeated Chandeshwari Club 25-2, 25-2, 25-6 and Tribhuvan Army Club also beat Bindhyabasini by 25-7, 25-2, 25-7 in other matches of the day.
Altogether 13 teams have been vying for the title of the tournament with the winner poised to take away Rs 260,000 and the runner-up finishing with Rs 130,000. Likewise, the team finishing third will be awarded with Rs 70,000. Similarly, best player, player of the year, emerging player and women-of-the-series will get a scooter each.
