“The YCL cadres vandalized the vehicle deliberately,” said Bhavani Lama, who was being carried in the ambulance from Chitwan from Hetauda. YCL cadres have withdrawn the general strike after the local administration officially announced the YCL cadres arrested on Tuesday.
