This time, the chief secretary received the phone call and talked to the aide.
Ghimire was informed about the prime minister´s plan to administer oath of office and secrecy to seven ministers and 19 ministers of state at 9 am.
Ghimire was told to make all the necessary arrangements by 9 am. He required arranging at least 26 vehicles for the new ministers, PSOs, prepare appointment letters for all of them and invite all the VIPs, top officials, leaders and others to the ceremony, among other tasks.
Then, Ghimire contacted Home Secretary Sushil Jung Rana, PMO Secretary Som Lal Subedi and two other secretaries and instructed them to do all the necessary preparations.
Sources said Ghimire arrived in PMO at 5:30am. Other secretaries and officials at the PMO reached there immediately.
