UM motorcycles launched in Nepal

KATHMANDU: Import USA has started selling US-made UM motorbikes in the Nepali market. At a function held here on Monday, the company introduced three models of UM bikes -- Renegade Commando 230 and Xtreet 230 and Xtreet 200 .



"All UM bikes feature USB ports so that customers can charge their mobile phones while on the go," the company said in a statement. Other features in the bikes include AFS system which prevents tires form getting flat, SAM digital speedometers that alert the rider when the bike is in need of servicing. [break]



Import USA has already appointed dealers in cities like Pokhara, Butwal, Chitwan and Itahari. The introductory price of Renegade Commando 230 is Rs 284, 900 while the price of Xtreet 230 and 200 is available at introductory price of Rs 279,900 and Rs 373,900, respectively. The company has opened its exclusive showroom at Gairidhara, Kathmandu.
