She was suffering from epilepsy and had been missing since Monday morning. Villagers informed the police after discovering her dead body in the pond. [break]
After preliminary investigation, police have assumed epilepsy as the cause of death said the Police Sub Inspector Kumar Shrestha.
The deceased body has been handed over to the relatives after postmortem.
Similarly, another girl has been found dead in the Koshi River. Geeta Bishwokarma, 9 of Rampur,Thokshila of Udaypur was swept away by the river, informed the locals.
