TIKAPUR, March 3: Market and transportation at Tikapur bazaar has been halted since early morning today. The strike comes following a brutal death of Karna Thapa, 21 who was stabbed by five people while celebrating Holi.
Family members of Thapa have shut down market today demanding investigation and action against the killers.

Police said that Thapa was stabbed in five places, including head, stomach and chest.
According to eye witnesses, those who stabbed Thapa had fled the scene where more than 15,000 people were celebrating Holi. So far, police has arrested more than 15 people for alleged involvement in the murder.
