TIKAPUR, Mar 4: Residents of Tikapur have gheraoed the house of Tapendra Bahadur Rawal, mayor of Tikapur Municipality after being alleged for protecting those accused of killing Karna Thapa.

Thapa was stabbed to death by five people, some of whom are relatives of the mayor. As a result, more than 3000 people have circled the mayor’s house at Tikapur-1.
More than 300 security personnel have been deployed at the area for security.
