SKorea express condolence over quake victims

KATHMANDU, May 16: The government of South Korea has expressed the deep sorrow over the massive April 25 earthquake in Nepal.

The Minister of Gender Equality and Family of the Government of Republic of Korea Kim Hee-jung visited the Embassy of Nepal in Seoul on Friday to express condolence to the victims of the earthquake, and show support and solidarity with Nepal in rescue and relief operation, a press statement issued by Nepalese Embassy in Korea reads.

The minister in the condolence book said, "Korea stands by the Government and people of Nepal at this time of tragedy and express its desire to see quick recovery from this great tragedy."
