JANAKPUR (Dhanusa), Aug 6: A team from the District Police Office arrested six persons with illegal weapons from Banshichowk in Janakpur on Saturday.
Police acted on a tip off and investigation was going on, said Deputy Superintendent of Police Nakul Pokharel. The arrestees would be made public on Sunday, police said.
A source said that the arrestees were running a racket involving robbery and were making a plan to loot in Janakpur. The seized weapons include two country-made guns. RSS
