BHIMDUTTANAGAR, March 30: Police have nabbed 40-year-old Dambar Singh Thapa of Lali VDC, Darchula district, on the charge of raping a girl.
He was arrested at the Jhulaghat checkpoint on the Nepal-India border on Tuesday. Thapa was on the run after committing the crime in December last year.
The 14-year-old victim had filed a complaint to the police against Thapa after the incident. RSS
