Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport on Saturday, leader Bhattarai blamed the old political powers as they were indulging in corruption and lacking transparency.
He added that he was working for the new political powers even for the political transparency and new values.
Leader Bhattarai opined for resolving the issues of undeclared border blockade through diplomatic initiations of both countries as it was badly affecting the people.
He added that dissatisfaction seen in Tarai-Hill should be resolved immediately.
