KATHMANDU (REPUBLICA): National Business Trade Centre (NBTC), which is under construction at Kalanki, has started booking for spaces. According to a press statement, the complex being constructed by Milaland Development will have 900 shops. Upon completion that NBTC will be the largest wholesale complex in the country, the company said in the statement. The complex will have facilities like international standard food courts, multiplex, ATM lounce, warehouse facilities, and ample parking space, among others. The price of the spaces ranges from Rs 1.35 million to Rs 7.90 million per shop depending on the area. “The complex is being constructed with an aim to establish a well managed wholesale complex in the capital,” Narendra Bajracharya, president of Milaland Development, said in the statement.
