Mohan Bikram Singh becomes public

KATHMANDU, Sept 17: General Secretary of CPN (Masal) Mohan Bikram Singh has come out of his underground status and appeared in public in the capital Friday.



He attended a programme organised by Radio Pyuthan at Nepal Tourism Board.



The organiser, however, did not allow journalists and participants to take his photo.



Though he was scheduled to read ´Development Concept of Pyuthan´, he could not do that due to his illness.
