"The legal hurdles are posing sheer obstruction to the construction of infrastructure," he said, arguing that an investment-friendly atmosphere was created in the country. "I invite foreign businesspersons to invest confidently in Nepal," Minister Lamsal.
The press conference was held as part of the preparation for the Nepal Infrastructure Summit.
