KATHMANDU, May 7: Cadres of the Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) have continued their pretests against President Dr Ram Baran Yadav´s move to retain army chief Rookmangud Katawal in office for the third consecutive day.
The Maoists-affiliated transportation workers have taken out a rally of vehicles in Pokhara, according to our correspondent Manoj Adhikari. The participants of the rally went around major parts of Pokhara inclu ding Phulbari, Mahendrapul Chipledhunda and New Road and ended at Prithvi Chowk. [break]
