LV said it is conducting training for its 500 members from nine districts in preparation for foiling "the conspiracy to dissolve the Constituent Assembly and impose presidential rule".
Kumar Lingden, the president of Sanghiya Limbuwan Rajyaparishad, and other central leaders of the ethnic outfit, are imparting political training to LV members.
The ethnic group, active in the hills in eastern Nepal, has been demanding a separate Limbuwan state comprising Sunsari, Morang, Illam, Panchthar, Taplejung, Dhankuta, Tehrathum, Sankhuwasabha and Jhapa districts.
"Constituent Assembly is going to become a failure. This training aims to foil such conspiracy to make the assembly a failure," said Lingden, who maintains that the assembly´s term should be extended by six months.
Lingdel said his party plans to impart training to some 50,000 LV members in each district.
