In the meeting, Bhattarai said UNMIN´s role is important till the peace process ends. Bhattarai also made it clear that his party is serious about abiding by the peace agreement.
He said a Maoist combatant held in Chitwan along with a grenade was on leave for the past few days and the party was unaware of his involvement in carrying the grenade.
