DHADING, Jan 15: Rudra Bahadur Khatry has been elected the chair of Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), Dhading Chapter for next tenure of three years.
In the election on Monday, Khatry secured 654 votes to get elected to the post. His close contender Bishnu Prasad Thapaliya obtained 612 votes, informed Dholak Raj Dhakal, chief election officer.

Other members elected in the working committee were Bishnu Shrestha, Manmaya Gautam, Geeta Pathak, Ganesh Adhikari, Ram Kumar Shah, Rajaram Silwal, Ajaya Tripathi, Bishnumani Shrestha, Iswor Prasad Koirala, Sudip Rasaili, Pushpa Raj Thapaliya, Surendra Shrestha, Ramesh Bhai Adhikari, Govinda Bhandari, Nirpash Neupane, Shanker Pandit, Loknath Dallakoti, Bisworam Duwadi, Ramkumar Dallakoti and Kiran Chandra Rawal.
It is shared that 1,304 out of total 1,589 members had cast votes in the election.
