The police said the car slipped off the road and overturned due to brake failure. Three people, including car driver Ram Krishna Ghimire, were also injured in the accident. Other two injured have been identified as Mina Katel, 50, and Mithila Pokharel, 54, both from Kathmandu-4. Pokharel, a resident of Kathmandu-4, was heading for the capital from Nepalgunj. Pokharel breathed his last while being rushed to Nepalgunj Medical College, Kohalpur.
