According to DSP Hariraj Wagle at ward police office, Lahan, Rambilas Ram killed his wife Runa Ram by slitting her throat with sharp weapon following minor dispute between them.
Locals took the killer husband under control and handed to the police as the killer husband was trying to flee the scene after the incident.
