BHAKTAPUR, March 10: The Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) has announced special scholarship for the students with physical disabilities, and visual and hearing impairment.
Physically challenged students studying at HSEB-affiliated schools and colleges are liable for the scholarship.

They are requested to submit necessary documents to the HSEB offices in Biratnagar, Janakpur, Hetauda, Kathmandu, Butwal, Nepalgunj and Dhangadi through respective schools and colleges by upcoming March 24, the HSEB said.
Photocopies of School Leaving Certificate, character certificate, document proving his/her disability and Nepali citizenship certificate are the documents required for getting scholarship. It may be noted that students receiving scholarship from other domestic and foreign organisations are not entitled to the HSEB aid.
