Harka Sampang says seven minutes too short, want to speak one hour and seven minutes in parliament

KATHMANDU, April 2: Shram Sanskriti Party chairman and lawmaker Harka Sampang has expressed his desire to speak for 1 hour and 7 minutes in today’s House of Representatives session.



Sampang reacted after hearing reports that MPs would be allowed to speak for only seven minutes. He stated that he wishes to address issues related to the country’s independence, sovereignty, the struggles of the Nepali people, and aspirations for development.
