It is said that permanent certificates will be granted to those who were identified as landless squatters and provided with temporary land ownership certificate by the commission formed during 2036 to 2058 BS. [break]
The old temporary land ownership certificates will be turned into permanent in the first round while a process to collect applications from landless and squatters will be put forward in the second round.
The Committee organizing a press conference yesterday informed public about the process of distributing permanent land ownership certificate and work plan.
Permanent land ownership certificates will be distributed in five rounds by December 1, 2010, said Committee Chairperson Bam Bahadur BC.
