Addressing the election assembly at Kathar in the district, Pandey said that his party will move the country ahead within five years. The politburo member and former finance minister Pandey said that the party has brought the agenda of providing Rs. 5 million for each VDC under the party´s agenda ´Let´s Build up Village Ourselves´.
