According to Rapti Zonal Police Office, the deceased is four-year-old Tila Budha, daughter of Gyan Bahadur Busha of Budhagaon VDC-9.
A local alleged that Tila died due to lack of treatment since the health post was closed due to Dashain festival.
With this the death toll in Rolpa due to diarrhea has reached 13.
