The deceased has been identified as Ganesh Shrestha, 35, according to the District Police Office, Ilam.The accident took place when the tractor heading towards Sakphara from Nunsari rivulet overturned due to brake failure.
The body has been taken to Mangalbare for a postmortem, said police. RSS
